1. Services Provided

Savannah Brand Photography offers professional photography services, including but not limited to commercial, product, and drone photography. Specific details of services are provided at the time of booking.


2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit to confirm the appointment.
  • Full payment is due before the delivery of final images.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Cash, Check, and Google Wallet.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

4. Image Delivery

  • High-resolution digital files will be delivered via an online gallery.
  • The number of images delivered will depend on the package selected.

5. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive usage rights for personal and commercial purposes as specified in the service agreement.
  • Savannah Brand Photography retains copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our services or images.
  • In the event of equipment failure or other unforeseen issues, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
